The company is incredibly responsive, informative, and fairly priced. The plumbers (Tanner and Julian) took the time to explain to the HVAC guy about the water leak from the A/C unit helping the A/C guy to diagnosis more quickly.

Carlos was awesome! I was coordinating on behalf of my mother. She had a leaking toilet. Carlos was very responsive, and made the process so easy! He offered to come same day, but my mom wasnt ready. So, he came next day. Very prompt...actually early. He inspected, sent me the issue, the recommendation, and had to go pick up a new toilet...and was all done within couple of hours. Sent me video and pic of work done. Cherry on top was that the price was VERY reasonable!!! I am so impressed and would recommend Sentinel Plumbing (Carlos) without hesitation. I've even saved the number!

Professional and fair

Had Sentinel Plumbing arrive today to fix a clogged bathtub drain techs were fast,respectful,polite,and very informative. Pricing was spot on to other plumbing companys and the service was top notch. I called them after 3 days of rescheduling problems and a lazy plumber that worked for rescue rooter. Never Again I now have a Sentinel plumbing for all my plumbing needs!!!!!!

They did an amazing job installing our new toilet. When I called them I was greeted by a very nice lady and she was able to schedule me in to see what the damage was and how much it would cost. We returned home from a month long trip to find a leak in our plumbing had destroyed the ceiling and walls in our bedroom and entry hall. We had an emergency repair to stop the leak, but required additional work to complete the repair. Of course this was not covered by our insurance. Sentinel was referred to us by the remediation contractor and provided the final plumbing repair in a timely and professional manner. I was pleased with their work and can recommend them. I will call on them should I have plumbing issues in the future.

I was dispatched this company through my home warranty and I was very skeptical at first but the minute I was dispatched out someone called to schedule service and they were out the same day! They had to come back the next day to finish but they communicated the entire time and that gave me a good feeling about them. They worked for hours until everything was thoroughly completed and the big hole they needed to dig looks as if they were never here. I cant say enough about the service they provided. I hope to never need their services in the future but if I do they will be my first call.

Sentinel plumbing come to our house to fix a mistake that they did not make on behalf of another company. The woman answering the phones was great and had a plumber to me within the hour! Sentinel worked around our schedule and even offered to speak with my fiance over the phone and explain details since he was unable to be there in person! Jakob came out to fix our shower leak and hot water issue. He located the problem pretty quickly and showed us where the problem lied/what was wrong with the part which was very helpful! Jakob went above and beyond to make this experience better than it had originally started. We are so thankful for Sentinel plumbing and Jakob for all they did that day!

The review wasn't against the company, as much as it was the technician who was out here. After our conversation I feel much better about using Sentinel for any plumbing necessities. Marco, thank you so much for our conversation, and I look forward to using your company in the future! Original, frustrated review against the technician in question: I had Sentinel Plumbing come out to fix a leaking pipe in my attic on January 4th. The plumber they sent couldn't have been any friendlier if she had tried. Near the end of the repair I was downstairs, keeping out of her way, and I heard a loud crash. I run upstairs to see what happened, and see if she's ok. She tells me she dropped her tool bag, and was perfectly fine, thankfully. She made the repairs in a timely manner, and even took the time to explain to me what had happened (pictures and all), and what may happen in the future. Shortly after that she left, and I went about my day. Fast forward to January 11th. I bring down my attic ladder, so I can put some stuff away, and what do I see? My ladder is broken, and barely hanging together. A little background: I haven't been up in the attic since before Sentinel left my house. My wife has a broken foot, and cannot make it up a ladder to save her life. My 27lb toddler, can't make it up the ladder either. No one else lives here. Meaning, Sentinel's plumber broke it on the 4th, and lied to my face about when I went to check on her. Probably in fear of dealing with an irate customer. Normally, I would've shrugged it off, and just contacted Sentinel directly to let them know what happened, and asked them to fix it (I fully understand that stuff happens, I mean, they're insured for accidents like this). But no. I was lied to, and that's what infuriates me. Now I'll be calling Sentinel on the morning of 01/12 in a less than happy mood to report this, and have them fix this issue. This service experience was a solid 10/10 up until I noticed what their plumber did. Now it's a 1/10. I do not appreciate being lied to about damage to my property, and want Sentinel to take full responsibility for this.
